Guest guest
for those who hate mari you can deleteSince I have no room in the house (all the living room/dinning room stuff is in my bedroom) to work out and I just can't get to gym.. I decided to see what this was like (I got it from total fitness last week but lost in the renovation boxes). I only have room on my bed so pilates is perfect. I only went thru learn the moves and I think this is good for me. I like the bar and resistance cord fitness toy (called an accelerator). I like the different ways the accelerator can function and the nice "sock-like" thing around the resistance band makes it less likely to tangle and pop me (or the dogs). The moves are nice and easy enough so I will try dvd tomorrow. The only issue I see is changing the accelerator into all the different configurations (without the dogs taking a piece and running around house with it) and lack of a door near the TV to hook up the door attachment. Right now I just hold the end with my hands over my head but can see it may be that I do the workout without the DVD as we don't have many doors in house. I do think it will be good for weekend's away at dog agility and for my big October week for USDAA nationals - I will need some pilates to stretch and calm me downjudy
