Guest guest
Hi ,I'll report back once I've used it, but I've just assembled it, and it's so clever. It's tailor made for the living room exerciser. If all goes well, it'll easily come apart in two pieces to fit behind the sofa. I am soooo jealous. Guest guest
I used it this morning, and loved it so much! It really does come apart easily, and it assembles easily. I'll use this often. It holds the barbell securely. I haven't tried pull ups yet, but the pull up/push up bar adjusts very easily. It was so great to have a place to set the barbell when my arms were fried from chest presses and triceps extensions. I am so tired and will hit the sack early. I took some photos of it, but I can't post them right now. Just too tired. The top section attaches to the bottom by way of pins and latches. You remove 4 of these pins, and the whole top section lifts off. If you tilt that part on it's side, it's lower than the back of my sofa. If you turn the base on its side, it also sits behind the sofa. I do have a space about 3 feet deep behind the sofa where I keep my bike trainer, my exercise ball, and the tower. Good night! really... let us know.. that may be what I want for my b-day in jan.. since P90x will be christmas present To: exercisevideos Sent: Tue, November 9, 2010 12:40:19 AM Subject: Re: Hoorah!
