Thx Rezz for the thoughtful and thought-provoking reply. Yes, the personality

and energy of this wonderful being we call kombucha is amazing! I love the

energy i have lately. I really didn't need a libido increase, but i'll manage to

deal with it. I look forward to trying some KT early in the morning and not eat

for a couple hours, see what is this buzz you are talking about. I feel some

profound sensations when i drink it but have never tried it on an empty stomach.

Ok, now i gotta say you hit one of my hot buttons! I have been thinking about

posting on this and starting a little campaign of sorts I know most folks

call it a " colony " . I've heard all types of things for the C, " colony " , 

" culture " , " collection " , " consortium " , and others. But from the beginning i've

always thought of it as " community " . I love your association of colony with

enslavement, i hadn't thought of that lol! So does this mean i'm not so crazy

after all (maybe that's going too far...)?

  a scoby means symbiotic community of bacteria & yeasts, not a colony which has

an implication of enslaving these microorganisms...
