Guest guest Posted October 17, 2010 Report Share Posted October 17, 2010 Today I did a new one that I purchased off the yayas board (I really do need to stay off of there). It is called Cardio Combat Surge with Spreen. I really did enjoy this one. I did mostly all of it, I only did about half of the fusion stretch at the end though because I didn't really like it and because my body just doesn't really bend like that. I used a 6 pound medicine ball and a 10 pound body bar for this workout. I didn't do the tricep pushups on the ball either cuz the ball kept rolling and I was afraid to fall on my face. This was a very long workout but it didn't seem to take very long while it was going on. I did about 80 minutes altogether. It was way too long for me to do in the mornings before work, but it was good for a weekend like today. It does have some shorter premixes that I can do in the mornings though. I am still having some DOMS in my triceps and abs from Jari yesterday, that hasn't happened to me before with Jari, but that was my first time doing the weight portion of that particular Body Rock workout, last time I just did the cardio maybe it was different from the other Jari's. I am finally here alone in my house to have some peace and quiet time so I am off to shower and watch some TV and do some laundry in peace while it lasts.
