I had tried one of hers before that I didn't like, it was called Lose Fat Fast, so I was a little leery of doing another one. The Tighter Assets was another one of my many virgin workouts and luckily I really did like this one. It was only 30 or 35 minutes altogether but it was a nice little workout. Afterwards I was still feeling a little tight after the last few days so I did something I had recorded from FitTV. It was Cathe's stretch max 1, it was a mat workout of stretching exercises. I am just not a fan of stretching, yoga or pilates, but I figured it might help. There were several moves in there that I just could not do as I am very inflexible, but I did most of it. It was only about 23 minutes long total as I fast forward the commercials. I don't know if it helped or not, I also have stretch max 2 and 3 recorded, they use a stability ball and a resistance band for stretching, I may try those in the next week also.
