I absolutely hated the morning run before breakfast way back when I was in the military. My workout is scheduled for 8:30 PM, and my family schedules around it. It means that I sometimes miss because of other things I need to do, but I try to keep faithful. It used to be easier when I had a job and my husband didn't, so that I could work out immediately after work while he fixed dinner. :-) But he got a job in August and I fell off the wagon until just the past two weeks. Tonight I did a 20 minute ballet strengthening video followed by a 10 min legs and 10 min abs workout. All came off of exercisetv.tv. What's a " rotation " program that you all talk about?
