Guest guest Posted November 2, 2010 Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 11/2/2010 Tue Day 16 Abs AM - okay, few modifications of the modifications Cardio AM - again, TMT took me out of my funk. 30DS Level 1 PM - I was supposed to do this last night but didn't have the energy. I can see how this can do good things for the body, combined with TMT I hope to see dramatic changes in 30 days PINK Workout 6 PM - this PINK program is more cardio than the previous workouts…now I’m going to go feed my muscles Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
