I wore my weighted gloves and I also used dumbells for bicep curls during the kickback sections. I used the medium resistance stretchy band and I jogged during some of it instead of walking. At least it was something. I vividly remember 14 months ago when I couldn't even get thru this whole workout and the stretchy band portion just burned so bad the next day with just using only be light resistance band. I wanted to do the 5 mile, but I didn't have enough time before Dancing with the Stars came on so I am glad I at least got something in.
