Guest guest
Fantastic Sara, we see the opposite here, take the outdoor life away and the sun and regresses, every year without fail. Vicky Hi,Tom is better and better at the moment. In a short space of time, he's gone from being an unreachable kid to looking like he can recover in my humble opinion. This can be partly explained by I.I. and some supplements but it's more than that and anyway, it's been a while since I've introduced anything ......He's in a fantastic mood, even when I'm not, even when no-one's doing I.I. and he KEEPS telling me how happy he is.This happens every single year. I'm so petrified of losing it again in the New Year. What can it be? Why would he be good now? and getting better? I don't want to lose him AGAIN!!Sara x
Guest guest
Is this the ONLY time of year, he is switched on?Is this the same pattern over the last few years?Gee I'd love to figure this one out:-))Hmm it was a full moon recently I think the tides are really high this time of year (also in the Spring.) Does this have anything to do with air pressure. I know scientists look at that....How are all the other kids on the list at the moment? Any similarity to Tom??In any case, Sara, really nice news:-))Subject: time of yearTo: Autism-Biomedical-Europe Date: Monday, 25 October, 2010, 8:07 Hi, Tom is better and better at the moment. Guest guest
I don't know if there are other patterns throughout the year. I noticed this one because in the build up to Christmas year after year I can always buy him more advanced things (for want of a better description) which he loses interest in some time after Xmas. Would love to know if other kids are doing well now. Guest guest
Yes, spooky - Callum is incredibly happy at the moment - barely any OCD/anxiety - and like Tom, keeps telling me how happy he is... Can be quite annoying when you're feeling less than sparkly yourself;-)) Long may it continue....!! Elaine > > I don't know if there are other patterns throughout the year. Guest guest
could it be linked with more sunlight and time on holiday ... so he is recharged? would be interesting to see if he has SAD.. My friend with SAD is always worst after Christmas and it takes till may June for her to bounce back without the support of her lUX light? Vitamin D link?
