Guest guest Posted September 12, 2010 Report Share Posted September 12, 2010 Hi Everyone, This morning was PowerFit Plus - Total Body Express and PowerFit Harmony Lower Body. Good workouts! I did my usual modifications - added weighted gloves (may try the weighted belt next time, too!) and used the heavy band (sometimkes doubled the heavy and light band together for an extra-heavy band). My add on was the total body and stretch sections from 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Pilates. So.... I am really enjoying using bands these days - (I like the simplicity of not dragging out a bunch of weights and I also like the change up from using weights since bands work you a bit differently)- I'm thinking that I may give Chalene Xtreme a try with the bands. Does anyone have the rotation that came with CLX? I may do that program next after I finish up this PowerFIT rotation. I may not do all the CLX workouts, since I like variety, but was thinking I would do at least the weight training ones with "options" on the others.
