Guest guest
Yay! Enjoy your new DVDs nancy! D I just used my gift cards for Borders 40% off any number of DVDs coupon (single use only, sorry)! I've been waiting for a sale like this to use them on, this was even better than I'd expected! Here's what I got... S.W.A.T Workout: Extreme Weight Loss and Fat Burning. I tried this through netflix quite a while ago and thought it was very challenging and entertaining (lots of unintended cheese, funny because it isn't intended but it so over the top it is). I love bootcamp style workouts and I'm hoping it is as tough as I remember it being, I think it will be. The FIRM: Total Body Time-Crunch. A FIRM I don't already have that sounded really good. Rebekah leads this one and I liked her in another one I do have so I figured why not, gotta get a FIRM if I'm getting free videos! Yoga for Stress Relief. Suggested by . I love Yoga Complete for Every Body and she raves about Yoga for Stress Relief so much that I decided to go for it. $41 worth of videos for just over $26, including tax. My cards were for $25 so I had less than $2 to cover and that was okay for me. I saw too there are two new FIRM workouts being released in September! The FIRM PowerBurn 45 is a compliation of Ultimate Fat Burning workout, Cardio Dance Slim Down and Cardio Inferno and Calorie Explosion is brand new! Collage has a clip of it here: http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/the-firm-calorie-explosion-5882. It looks like LOTS of plyo and it also looks really challenging! I want it and almost pre-ordered it but didn't because when I put it in, my total came up just under $25 and I wanted to be right at $25 or slighly over for free shipping so I put in Yoga for Stress Relief instead. I hope that was a wise change. I could have added a $5 Kathy workout and come out to just over $27 but with tax it would have been closer to $30 and my goal was to put in as little as possible of my own money, even $5 would have been more than I wanted to do. Now, though, I'm second guessing myself. I also have never pre-ordered anything and I usually prefer to let other people review things and tell me if I should buy it or not so that made it a little easier to pass it up... ugh. I hate second guessing. I suppose if I dislike Yoga for Stress Relief or if the S.W.A.T. Workout isn't as tough as I want it to be I can always sell them and use the money to get Calorie Explosion! ;-) I'll review all these as soon as I can use them! Guest guest
Hi !Good buys - I have wanted the SWAT workouts for awhile. The clips look good. Rumour has it that the new Calorie Explosion from the FIRM is appearing in Target stores. I haven't been to Target in a long time, but it is almost time to shop for school supplies!! Guest guest
Hi Donna! I've wanted that SWAT workout for a long time too, I was so excited to get it for free! Calorie Explosion isn't supposedly being released until Sept. 3 but who knows. I was reallllly tempted to preorder but FIRM workouts can be so great or so bad and I just didn't want to take the chance, I can be a wimp, especially if money, even "free" money is involved. I'll look forward to reading reviews as they come out (and then using Amazon gift codes for it, I hope)! new videos on the way!To: exercisevideos Date: Thursday, July 22, 2010, 10:42 PM I just used my gift cards for Borders 40% off any number of DVDs coupon (single use only, sorry)! Guest guest
Awesome deal, ! You won't regret Y4SR: I do that practice for the SI joint once every two weeks if not more. It also has practices for sore necks, shoulders, and I think one for insomnia too. Stresslessly, On Thu, Jul 22, 2010 at 7:42 PM, wrote Yoga for Stress Relief. Suggested by .
