's weigh in today

I got up at 5 AM this morning with the intent to do my workout, but I was so tired from not getting enough sleep last night and then I started playing around on the computer and then by the time I noticed I didn't have enough time. Now I am going to have to do it after work and I really hate that. I did have a decent weigh in though. I had been up 2 pounds to 157 last week after a bad eating day the week before. this week I am down to 154.8 which is an all time low for me for the last 30 years. That is a total of 69.2 pounds lost so far. Hopefully I can keep it together and get to under 154 by next Tuesday. Have a great day everyone.
