Got a great workout in this morning again :)  I started off wearing my weighted gloves because I thought this one moved around too much to use the bag.. 10 minutes into it, I decided to try the bag.  So I swtiched my gloves and got my bag out.  It wasn't too long after that when I decided I was right initially and put the weighted gloves back on.   Had fun with the workout, even though it takes me a bit to get the combos nailed!   Did the bonus abs at the end too.  Really liked that.  Even the standing portion.  I burned 873 with my average 144 (shut the HRM off at 72 minutes)
