TMT Day 22 Cardio & Lower Body

Mon  Cardio -  AM - Started very slow and

modified this morning (selpt through my first alarm), by the end I was more

awake.

 

 

  Lower Body - AM - Did my best

and forgot the rest :), such a good Tony saying

 

 

  30DS Level 1 - PM - whew, still

using light weights but that's all I can handle since I'm also doing TMT.  Time to feed my fat burning muscles
