Hi Indyrose,

I haven't used a trainer - I do have some general ideas/guidelines of what I should/shouldn't do for my back - but that came from my chiro. I don't always listen regarding what I shouldn't do - and that may be why I have these flare ups!.

How many of you work out with a trainer or by doctor's orders for certain exercises? I've never used a trainer. I had 4 years of PE in college, though.Indyrose

Hi Indyrose! If you do a search for " Noel " from our homepage you can read about the sessions with my trainer, Noel.  He's the best :) he trains pro bodybuilders and was a pro himself in his youth and I'm crazy about him :)  he pushes me very hard, which is what I appreciate.  If I'm paying someone to train me I better be sore for a few days afterward or I want my money back!

There's a pic of him on his website here:  http://www.fosterfitnesspdx.com/se-portland-gym-personal-training.htmlCheers,

I've never used a trainer but some people here have used one or are trainers! I get exercises from my videos, dvds or exercise books/magazines. JenSubject: 'nother newbie questionTo: exercisevideos Date: Thursday, October 28, 2010, 3:29 PM
