Guest guest
I am with you Trina. I actually stopped participating solely on some of the topics of the research: Effect of Autism on rest of the family........like we need a survey for that! Guest guest
You may want to rethink this. Surveys can be a means for change. Last year I was involved with a researcher doing a small survey at Texas Tech. It was in the College of Education and pertained to how qualified the students felt to do inclusive education. This year it has grown into a grant from the TX DD Council for teacher education. http://www.txddc.state.tx.us/grants_projects/profilesindex.asp (See Project IDEAL on page 6). Guest guest
I agree here with Tonya, this was going to be the same input. No matter how much we see out there trying to make a difference on the autism awareness, there is a need for these types of survey especially if it is coming from Texas for research numbers than from other places, our voices/Texan input counts too. The grant money and many interested on the autism issues is a huge impact for our individuals in this society. Remember documentation of proof or some form of analyzing some issues is the only way to have for support. Irma > > You may want to rethink this. Surveys can be a means for change.
