Thank you Gordon for your welcome - yes of course I have a great sense of humour, where would I be without it. :-) I have very strong Irish ancestry to boot and was born blond. This is why I breed dexter cattle and connemara ponies. Tasmania had a very large penitentiary at Port Arthur, which I am sure you are all familiar with 'cause of recent events. On my plot of land I will be following the practices of Organics and Biodynamic. hence my milk and meat being very very special. enjoyed reading your post with interest Bill re Organics etc. Carmel
