Guest guest
, I found a new way of loosing weight, and still get to drink my goat's milk, water kefir, and eat home made whole goat's milk sherbet & ice cream..To make these I either use instant pudding mix for the ice cream-that way the milk stays raw..And for the sherbet,I use flavored jello-mix jello powder with 1 cup hot water .After the powder is dissolved add 1 cup of ice cold goat's milk... Then churn in the ice cream maker.. I have one of those ice cream makers that you have to put the bowl in the freezer,I love it.. For the weight loss I've been snacking on seasoned seaweed..Got it from Costco to try,and noticed I lost weight while eating it..I usually eat nothing all day,so my body was storing fat.. But,the seaweed sheets are lightly salted and oiled, taste really good to snack on..Eat a package every 3-4 hours..It worked for me & is still working.. A friend told me that seaweed was highly nutritious.. raw milk cure
Guest guest
Using the instant pudding and jello is great, but those things are full of stuff you DO NOT want in your body! there are recipes for ice cream that do not include proccessed food with that keep the milk raw and the ice cream smooth and creamy. mix milk with maple syrup or honey or stevia, or evaporated cane juice (no processed white sugar or chemical sugar) add in guar gum or gelatin or tapioca(cooked) to keep it smooth add in as many free range farm fresh eggs as you want (these are emulsifiersand keep the fat and liquid together frozen yogurt is great also, just freshly made raw milk yogurt, sweetner of your choice and some guar gum and it is really good. Freeze and eat. RHonda -------- who made raw sheep milk ice cream....that is really good raw milk cure
