Guest guest
If I skim the cream off my milk to use for butter making, what do I then do with the skimmed milk? If I drink is, it is bad since the cream is gone or is it still good since it is raw milk? Can it be used or turned into anything else. The milk is so expensive I hate to waste it but I'd love to make my own raw butter since I can't find any around here. Also, can I use the buttermilk left from the butter in recipes like conventional buttermilk. I know it is not the same but will it work in baking recipes just as good as conventional?
