Newbie Raw-Milk Drinker Question...

Greetings!

I bought two half gallons of raw milk last Thursday. I converted one

of the half gallons into Devonshire Cream and Ricotta. The second I

have been using on my cereal. It is now one week and two days since

the purchase and the remainder of this second half gallon is smelling

sour - do I convert it into yogurt, or has it gone to the " dark side " ?
