that repeated attempts at dieting (or the cycle of losing, then gaining,

then losing, ....) often leads to metabolism problems, including difficulty

losing weight. That's about all I remember, but I'm sure others here

remember more. Basically, many people commented from their own experiences

and from reading news articles, ...., that yo-yo dieting makes it even

harder to lose weight. I hope someone more knowledgable will jump in here.
