I am a consumer of raw milk, both cow and goat over the years. I drink it because I love the taste and it is sooo much better for me than the colored water in the stores that is labeled as milk. Most of my recent knowledge about raw milk has come from reading articles on the internet. That's how I found this site. Raw milk sales are legal in this state provided you are licensed. I know of 2 places located in Blair county that have that license so if anyone wants that info, please email me. I have been buying from the nearest one. Since I found steady sources of raw milk, I want to start making yogurt, kefir, butter and cheese. I homestead on a small, rented homestead; an old farmhouse on 1 acre.
