For heaven`s sake I lost my question mark again all I get is this symbol É,

and I don`t know how I`m doing it. Can anyone help me (question mark)

Am super sore in my calves and forearms from pulling ivy off trees in Forest

Park yesterday - wow! It was a lot of fun too. My company has a " Days of

Caring " each month and if you want you can spend the day volunteering for

their chosen project and get paid for it. Clipping ivy off trees and pulling

it all 6 feet away from the tree is hard work! Blackberry bushes and ivy are

clingy muthas! The air smelled heavenly, mossy rotting bark and damp dew

smell. At the end of 2 hours Mathilda as I called her was free at last of

the ivy, or at least I *think* I got it all. The loppers were heavy and

holding it at odd angles worked my forearms, and getting on my tippy toes to

snag grabby ivy vines was quite the workout! When we got back into town I

permitted myself the decadent luxury of going to the gym and taking a long,

hot shower, right in the middle of the work day. I put on some clean clothes

and went back for a couple of hours before

heading out for a drink with a friend.

Today was a gorgeous sunny day in Portland and I walked with my friend

through Montavilla and Mt. Tabor Park.

Tomorrow I'm teaching Round 28 at the gym.
