Is the gal from My Fitness Coach the same Maya from the computer/xbox game and

the Mc's workouts from a while ago?

I have the pc game and tried it a few times. I thought it was a neat concept at

We've got a wii, my dad got it for the kids for Christmas. I'm wondering if I should pay $90 (plus shipping) for the Wii fit or if I'd be just as happy with Wii Fitness Coach Cardio (this is a "game" for just Wii, right???). I'm clueless about most things Wii at this point, I hardly use it but the fitness stuff sounds like fun, plus DH really needs to do some exercise and he likes the Wii so I thought it would be great for him too (oh yeah, and the kids can use it if they want to also).

You're making me reallllly want a Wii Fit. I'm hearing lots about it at WW meetings too. I'm sitting here at a car dealership knowing I'm going to be shelling out over $400 in a few minutes but I'm still considering getting the Wii because I feel like I'm getting a break on the car repairs!!! I was sure it would be at least $500-$1,000 or more. So ridiculous (how my brain works sometimes)!

So, how do the Wii fitness work outs work? Do you just buy the Wii fitness bundle and away you go? I've looked at it a couple times but wasn't sure if it would be a decent enough workout to justify getting it.

Well, that and I'd have to convince my 11 year old to share his Wii with me.

nope have a wii and a controller and its all you need for wii fitness coach. IF you have your own weights,stability ball and dumbbells you can tell the game that and it will give you exercises using those things but if you don't then you don't NEED anything else just commitment to stick with the workouts.now WII FIT is the board and the wii game. its very much different then wii fitness coach. it will track weight etc IF you choose to do body tests if not just do training to play balance,aerobics, yoga and strength games. it helps more with balance really which is nice but its also essentially a game. kassia fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Subject: Re: [Exercise

Sounds cool Kassia! Thanks for the explanation. My boys (my younger ones and the big one I'm married to!) have been looking at the Wii Fit for a while, I guess I'll tell them it's cool. Should give them the final bit of an excuse to buy it. I think fitness coach sounds interesting.
