Guest guest
Quite possibly, as I say " Tre mal. " ROFL! I had French 20 years ago, that's about all I recall. Guest guest
Sondra, here's what I *THINK* I said: Bonjour, je parle francais tre mal. Voulez-vous avec moi? Hello, I speak French very bad. Are you with me ? <sourire> <smile> I was trying to suggest I'm hairy like the mantra that French ladies don't shave. If I actually stated something different, I apologize! ROFL! This is why I don't want to learn Spanish to use in nursing. Guest guest
Oh my!!! You're gonna get Pennie ready to kick my booty! See how quickly a missed word in another language means something completely different? Lol, next time I'll just say, " what's wrong with a hairy woman? " lol

Guest guest
See, this shows how out of touch I am. I don't even know what you all are talking about with this " Lady Marmalade " reference. Is it from a movie or pop song? Debi > > LOL! I'm glad translated it, & correctly too. I just thought Debi > had just written the current version that some kid was singing, not that she > had left out the " key " word, at least I was giving her the benefit of doubt > since I didn't think she was saying the Lady Marmalade song. > > " what's wrong with a hairy woman? Guest guest
To clarify, I'm not THAT hairy. I do shave, I was more being silly. But I am a dark-haired person so I would appear hairy if I ever let it grow. Of course, when it's 20 degrees in the dead of winter, I have been known to let me legs get far out of control, at least according to hubby.
