Guest guest
can not say about going to school but i know they asked it on my review form and I was also told by my lawyer not to sign up or be taking any classes at the time i was going for SSDI. now like you I was turned down two times also and that when i got a lawyer . it was another year plus tell i got SSDI.. This was after filing an appeal then the hearing with a judge and then a wait for get his ruling and then to get my money. all said and done almost three years . some get it first round some the next and some like me the third one. The part time work know what ya mean there also as I have tried it and well it did more no good then good . helped the pocket book but the extra docs and meds took it all away and then some. now days i am searching for a home based business that i can set my hours and days to what ever I want and can do. have looked into ebaying and am right now looking into getting back in the gun business only this time as a builder of muzzle-loading guns from the 1700 to the late 1800's. they take time to build ( some thing I have a lot of ) and being there done by order i can build in the time i need also. the normal is a 2 to 3 year wait from most builders and then 4 to 6 months time working on them before shipping to the new owner. so it could fit with my skills ,love( Passion) and illness. as I can cut the wait time and keep the build as the last one I did had about 130 hours into it .So at about 20 hours a week that is about 7 weeks work of 5 hours a day 4 days a week with a cushion of almost two months for being sick or to take another order. o well so far nothing more then a dream as now it is only a Hobie for my self but who knows. this is just some info I am working with and to show you just never know what you may find if ya look as they way i started to look at it was some one asked me too build them one after seeing my personal one . so may be just may be I will finally be onto something and hope the same for you and every one out here that is looking but the first step is get the SSDI as it helps big time to survive but that's about all it dose . the redneck Marty The whole of that Bill [of Rights] is a declaration of the right of the people at large or considered as individuals...t establishes some rights of the individual as unalienable and which consequently, no majority has a right to deprive them of. ---Albert Gallatin to , Oct 7, 1789 The great object is that every man be armed " and " everyone who is able may have a gun. Guest guest
: SSI wants you to go back to school and all that good stuff. Find yourself another lawyer. Before going into the office ask questions over the phone, such as, " I'm going to college can you still help me get SSI? " Is there no reason I can think of that it should stand in your way. From what I know (which isn't much really), people work until they get SSI because they have to; it shouldn't stop anyone from helping you collect. Good luck. Take care and be well. Guest guest
Dear , I hear your pain and frustration. Hopefully, we will have some new faces that are not so hostile to those of us who are burdened with such physical and financial misery after next November! And the 'War on Science' will come to a sudden halt. Been there since 1950, c.J. --- sweet_intelligent12 wrote: > Hello fellow group members, I hope this post finds > everybody doing great today.
