Conference Cost ESTIMATES ONLY

Dear Mandi,

I'm not sure of the room rates this year because I haven't spoken with the hotel

yet. It is usually around $80 per night and a two night min.

The attendance fee will be $25.00 per person at the door and then we usually

have dinner Monday night at the Prime Rib Loft in the Hotel and dinner for two

with drinks and tip can be just under or $50. The hotel does have a Subway

sandwiches, TGI Friday's and another hamber restaraunt as well as smorgesborg

and coffee house, chinese rest. and very high end dinner house. They

occasionally have a new one here or there & I may be leaving something out.

The plans this year are not set as the speaker. We will post that as soon as we

have that set but each year is different. We always have to get someone that

donates their time but we pay their traveling expenses, meals and accomodations,

which can get quite pricy. Since the foundation is run by donations only often

some of the board members pick up some of the tab. With that said, we have had

doctors, bio-ethesists, medical advocate speaker, psychiatrist speaking on

living with chronic illness. So we shall surprise you soon with this years

agenda ok? I promise not to keep you in suspense too long and let me say I've

never had a complaint about the speakers and the value of attending.
