In USA Calexico none.As I remember, all my life (right now 59) I drank kefir, raw milk and raw cheeses.I like to make rosquillas de natas (bagels of milk fat) and now I am making my own cheese, fresh or " Oaxaca " , asadero, or Monterrey jack cheese. I love to drink milk but my family don't likes this raw milk, they prefer the pasteurized, watered milk.I am willing to share all my knowledge on this matters. As an M.D. is rare to have all of this preferences, but it all depends the way of living you had...
