Guest guest
Hi Isobel - don't know your version but we use PhosChol which is incredibly hard to squeeze out but mean't to be a good one. I think I read on Recovery from Autism that you should be using 2700mg per day to get any effect ie 3 x the 900mg caps we use. Currently we only use 2 caps since its v. pricey. Breakspeare have a new one which you don't have to use the hairdryer to open which Goyal said was v. good but is about £1 per capsule!! Guest guest
Hello Isobel, We started using it.In the past it was in a capsule form now Breakspear sent it which you squueze it under the tongue..1200mg in each one.As says it is very costly. After giving the first dose yesterday, my son showed aggresive behaviour after 40m min. I wonder is this product links with methylation? If child has got problem with methylation and is not ready I think Dr Amy Yasko's view not to use?But I am not sure, I am a bit uncomfortable to use it. nevin > > hi all > anyone got any ideas on dosage of phosphatidyl choline as I dont think we are giving enough > we give one cap daily 420mg by thorne > many thanks, Isobel x >

Guest guest
Hi Alison, Yes, I am waiting now.My son fits very well in her glutamate thesis....I am looking forward to see the test result and hoping to implement the treatment.Let's share how are we doing as you are going to be a new beginner like me..I started giving GABA but I have to read through the recommended DVD and her book again. Best wishes Nevin > > > > > > hi all > > > anyone got any ideas on dosage of phosphatidyl choline as I dont think we > > are giving enough > > > we give one cap daily 420mg by thorne > > > many thanks, Isobel x > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hi Alison, The DVD s came with the test, Nutrigenomics..starter packet. There are two DVDs inside,DrAmy Yasko from 2005 ACAM conference. I haven't watched them yet..I read the Puzzle of Autism a guilde book before, but I need to read through it again. I started GABA because my son has head shaking for a while.DrGoyal thinks that consuming GABA as a supplement is not effective,we have to increase GABA using with B6,B complex..and some amino acids which he was shown low on the NHS blood test.Arginine and Glusamine..We had go to the second time after fasting overnight but we didn't .I am not comfortable using two separated amino acids ,doesn't know exactly what his amino acids condition is.Especially I am so timid with glusamine, because I believe that my son's seizures started after using a high glutamic acid supplement with pea protein powder, it triggerred, using also wrongly ALA at the same time triggerred the seizures.SO, I am not confident to use even Arginine. If drGOyal knows more about Yasko protocol, it will be much easier to follow I think.I will send him the article in the last Autism File. nevin nevin > > > > > > > > > > hi all > > > > > anyone got any ideas on dosage of phosphatidyl choline as I dont > > think we > > > > are giving enough > > > > > we give one cap daily 420mg by thorne > > > > > many thanks, Isobel x > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
