Guest guest
Hi Kirsty We started with 1/5 of a drop! Take 4 drops of cod liver oil and 1 of k2 - mix them - and take 1 drop from the mix It is really strong Good luck > To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe > Date: Fri, 28 Jan 2011 20:54:34 +0000> Subject: Re: Vitamin K2> > 1 sodding drop!!> That's all!> > > > >> > > Has anyone else had success with adding this in? > > > Sam used to be on it but caused alot of sleep disturbance.> > > Have started him back on it two days ago and he is complaining of nightmares and his sleep has gone really bad again!!!> > > Know of any other supplement that can balance this?> > > I don't give calcium as it doesn't agree with Sam.
