How much are you giving?.....when i was looking at the Vit K protocol, sleep

disturbance was indicated when the dose was started too high...

we started with a drop and worked up....but still only giving 3 drops a

day....that said 1 drop is super strong stuff..

Hi Kirsty

We started with 1/5 of a drop!

Take 4 drops of cod liver oil and 1 of k2 - mix them - and take 1 drop from the mix

It is really strong

Good luck
