However, I changed my mind with the thought that it had been awhile since I did a nice solid step workout. I chose Amy's #2. Wow. I will say that I was pretty happy with catching on to most of it. I did stop and go back a couple times to concrete the moves, and there were a couple minor things I didn't get worked out 100%. I had Mr. Bryar down there for a large part of the workout and trying to talk to me! I was getting so mad. Finally I snapped at him.... and then felt bad.. Cripes that workout is hard to catch onto when you can give it your full attention, and near impossible when you have a child talking to you..GRRR.. I did not do the power-ups at the end. Didn't have time, and my body and mind were fried. I burned a nice 857 calories with my average at 153.
