Today I decided to try out one that I have had forever, even before I joined all my fitness groups. It was Squeeze by Effinger. I was a little hesitant on trying it because I thought I wouldn't like it, turns out I was right. I hated it. I did the parts that I could do, but I didn't enjoy most of it. On the seated stretches portion I really couldn't do any of them, my body is very unflexible. On the L portion for the legs, this one seemed to be just like a portion from Kathy Body Basics so I was already familiar with these, they were okay. Most of the ab work, and several other things I couldn't do either. I went ahead and tried the whole thing, 60 minutes worth, but I really just don't like it. I did like the arms and triceps and leg portions, but on the section where it says you can customize your workout, you really can't. I like it when you can check the boxes for the parts you want to play and it plays it straight through, this one doesn't do that, you can select a portion, then it plays that portion, then you have to go back and select another portion, etc. I feel like I wasted an hour today when I could have been doing something else. The bad part is , I still have Squeeze Stronger on my shelf waiting to be done, that's gonna be a long time before I try that one.
