Guest guest Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Yes, I'm a lot late in reporting my workouts - oops!  Anyway, I took both of my bike rides just in the campground this past weekend. But I worked HARD. There were tons of little roads to go on, but it was all hills.. up and down constantly. And some were plenty big! I had awesome workouts both days though. I was wiped-out for awhile after each workout. Went out planning on just getting a good 30 minutes in, but was able to go for quite a bit longer. I had thought about kettlebells, but I figured it would be smarter to take advantage of some nice bike rides when I could.  8/28 - Saturday  Total distance: 6.48 Trip time: 45:00 Max speed 22.44 Avg. cad 65 Avg. speed 8.64 Calorie burn: 619 Average: 143 Shut HRM off: 52:00  8/29 - Sunday  Total distance: 8.93 Trip time: 55:55 Max speed: 24.8 Avg. cad 63 Avg. speed 8.93 Calorie burn: 757 Average burn: 146 Shut HRM off: 1:01 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
