Yes, I'm a lot late in reporting my workouts - oops!   Anyway, I took both of my bike rides just in the campground this past weekend.  But I worked HARD.  There were tons of little roads to go on, but it was all hills.. up and down constantly.  And some were plenty big!  I had awesome workouts both days though.  I was wiped-out for awhile after each workout.  Went out planning on just getting a good 30 minutes in, but was able to go for quite a bit longer.  I had thought about kettlebells, but I figured it would be smarter to take advantage of some nice bike rides when I could.

 

8/28 - Saturday
