Guest guest Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Due for a lighter day yesterday... Although, I actually felt like working harder. Oh well. Anyway, I chose Amy Bento's Abs & Stretch. I really don't know if I've done any segments off this one! The DVD is broke into 4 segments. Two ab segments and two stretch segments. I did the ab segments. Both of them for a nice 30 minute core workout. First segment starts off with some standing ab work, which I'm never a fan of, but I made it through... she then moves you onto the floor. Second segment starts you off w/ some planks, and then some stability ball abs. I liked the workout quite a bit. This is one of Amy's older ones. The thing I hated was she said 2 more, and then started counting down from 8. She did this ALL the time, and even remarked she did. Other than that, no gripes. Nice solid ab workout. Not too hard, not too easy  D  p.s. Got some great ab-domage fromt this little gem!!
