Guest guest
I am trying an experiment and would like to see if anyone has tried this. I took abut a 1/2 gal milk grains and have been trying to convert them to water grains. It's been working ok, but I wanted more nutrition, to instead of water, I have been using strained, organic tea, plus pure water. Then I bottle it and let it set for a week. It has me feeling it's alot more nutritious and it's faster than Kombucha, which I also love, but haven't been doing. This stuff also has been tasting like Kombucha. Kefir grains = Kombucha mother.... tell me what you think. Amy from WA
