The rest of the workout would probably be okay, but she did emphasize tucking the pelvis during the workout which could also cause you an issue. This was a workout very similar to Exhale, Barr Method and Squeeze. Those of you with bad backs who don't tolerate the "c" shape in your back during a workout should skip this one. I have no problems with this move and found the workout to be fun and challenging. There was a 5 minute workout, and 4-15 minute workouts working the upper body, lower body and abs.
