I was thinking of you when I wrote that. The rest of the workout would probably be okay, but she did emphasize tucking the pelvis during the workout which could also cause you an issue.

Hi Kathy!Thanks for mentioning the back stuff for me! :) I had looked at this one at Collage and decided against ever doing the ab work in it - the rest may be okay - but I know I can't do any severe/extreme pelvic tucking (I need to be neutral) and no "C" shapes! :)

Today was another library workout - Kathy's 's Total Body Lift. This was a workout very similar to Exhale, Barr Method and Squeeze. Those of you with bad backs who don't tolerate the "c" shape in your back during a workout should skip this one. I have no problems with this move and found the workout to be fun and challenging. There was a 5 minute workout, and 4-15 minute workouts working the upper body, lower body and abs. Well, off to the shower and dinner!
