I did the 3rd Endurance workout today and liked it. I was dreading it because I knew it would be tough but it went well overall. I think it was the most enjoyable of the 3 Endurance workouts, probably because there were no burpees or mountain climbers in it!! There was an evil jump squat/lunge and add-ons to that and killer pushup, plank and other floor work but they were more "enjoyable" than burpees and mountain climbers are for me. I warmed up on my own while watching Good Morning America and then stretched with Tamilee's floor stretch since I was in no condition to get off the floor at that point. Actually, my legs were almost okay arms were really fried from the triceps work you do at the end of each circuit in this one and then Tamilee has you on all 4s to start! I was not happy to have to put more body weight on my arms again! It ended up all feeling really good though, that is a nice 10 minute stretch. I'm hoping to do the 3rd Strength workout in this collection tomorrow. I'm off to work soon, then home for more decluttering (what I did most of yesterday afternoon after work, instead of working out, oops). Miriam is turning 9 on Saturday and she's having some friends sleep over from Friday to Saturday. The basement has become a collecting place (for me mostly) instead of a fun place like it was intended to be so I've been trying to dig it out so the girls can play down there this weekend. It felt great to get a workout in though and I'm glad I was able to do it early so I wouldn't be tempted to skip it (again, I thought about it yesterday). It also feels great to dig out the stuff so if I can do both in one day, it is a major bonus kind of day! :-)
