I did the standing portions. I have a big headache this morning, so I couldn't take the floor sections. I can add those on later in the week.I think I just ate dinner too late last night and I'm feeling a little dry. I tried to drink enough water/Nuun (electrolytes) before my workout, and it helped, but not all the way.

I've logged all my food since Saturday. I'm doing a walk/BART commute. For the Bay Area folk, it's a " Spare the Air " day: hot and smoggy. It means we're supposed to avoid driving, which I don't do anyway! I'm trying to have a Spare the Air LIFE!
