Guest guest Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 I was late getting my workout started this morning due to being glued to my computer..ugh.. hate it when I do that! last day of summer vacation, suppose I had better enjoy it while I can! Anyway, since I started off late and having to train afterwards, I didn't have the time I wanted. I chose Cathe's Supersets with the plan of skipping the abs. Well, I forgot she added on one segment here and there, and I couldn't bear to skip them...  So, I enjoyed the workout a lot. Not hard at all, but enjoyable! I like the music in this one... I burned 387 calories with my average at 120.
