Guest guest Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 It's probably believed to be OK because the GMC decision is being taken by " experts " in other words people who are not easily influenced by others, like jurors are believed to be. If Hero to Zero is the headline then there's an extraordinary amount of personal hatred behind it. It probably won't influence the GMC -- the medical defence union is spending a fortune defending him and they will go to the High Court to challenge a decision if it isn't very soundly based. Still it is odd to publish such a personal attack.
