Guest guest Posted March 11, 2009 Report Share Posted March 11, 2009 Wednesday, March 11, 2009 ho' ala ke kino yeah did you get that title LOL. no okay,but its the actual title of tony horton's(of beachbody fame) stretching/yoga video. 27 minutes of stretching, some kickbox moves, and power yoga vinyasa. it starts with some light stretching and progresses into a little more deeper. next is kickbox moves with some kicking, punching and side lunging not done TOO quickly as we are barefoot and want to be safe from jumping moves. next is a little more strength moves but with flexiblity focus like standing on plies while doing upper body stretching. the last 9 minutes are power yoga vinyasas changing the variations a bit to get all the best yoga poses in.some vinyasas you do warrior ones, warrior twos, triangles, and side angle stretches.the setting is on a nice bright beach, i didn't hear to much of the music but i knew it was there LOL. its just tony leading in this one but its still tony and his personality. they could have done with a different pair of shorts. little to distracting in the beginning LOL. i guess he was going for that rodney yee fashion without making it too obvious.i didn't really know what to expect with this video as i got it in a trade and was looking for anything that had a stretch focus. overall its an outstanding production and one of tony's better one IMO. but then again my focuses change a lot LOL. i def. feel better after doing this as i am pretty sore from my WORKOUTS(notice the plural) yesterday. not to bad though but i think this will help with my day more. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
