Jen's exercise for Sunday 09/12/10Walking outside today - 42 minutesMy heel felt A LOT better, only hurt a little. I will cut the dead skin off of my heel, that should make it feel better.Water exercise using my long fins, dumbbells and Clorox bottle for my legs - 2 hoursBowling - 1 hour 30 minutesI signed up for a Singles bowling league, every other Sunday starting October 3rd. Tonight and the next two Sundays there is FREE bowling! This alley is about 5 minutes from my
