We had DD and our dog with us and some of it was on a trail, up hill, etc. But, hopefull we did at least 3 miles. My back handled it all pretty well, it feels better today than yesterday. I'm still feeling pretty good, as I posted in my workout-check-in it is getting better but in baby steps as opposed to giant leaps. Guess I gotta be patient. I hope it continued to feel good through trick or treating. I went out with Elvis (my son), a UPS man (son's friend), a Candy Corn Witch (my daughter), a 2 year old monkey (my niece) and Spiderman (my nephew) for an hour and 15 minute stroll collecting tooooo much candy. The older boys went off on their own and the rest of us went with my sister-in-law and her husband (who has horrible back problems too but insisted on walking with us even though he was very uncomfortable) and my in-laws (grandparents to all the kids except the UPS man).
