Hi -

We did make it out to the woods for our family walk/hike. We walked for one hour, twenty mintues. We had DD and our dog with us and some of it was on a trail, up hill, etc. But, hopefull we did at least 3 miles. My back handled it all pretty well, it feels better today than yesterday. I am going to lay down and put some ice on it though since I need to be up for trick or treating later this evening!Donna

Thanks, ! I'm still feeling pretty good, as I posted in my workout-check-in it is getting better but in baby steps as opposed to giant leaps. Guess I gotta be patient. I'm still icing often and that does seem to help a lot.

Take care,

Donna

Excellent news, Donna! I hope it continued to feel good through trick or treating. I went out with Elvis (my son), a UPS man (son's friend), a Candy Corn Witch (my daughter), a 2 year old monkey (my niece) and Spiderman (my nephew) for an hour and 15 minute stroll collecting tooooo much candy. The older boys went off on their own and the rest of us went with my sister-in-law and her husband (who has horrible back problems too but insisted on walking with us even though he was very uncomfortable) and my in-laws (grandparents to all the kids except the UPS man). Now I have to have exercise plans to combat the candy the kids gave me (stuff they didn't want)!
