Guest guest Posted October 26, 2010 Report Share Posted October 26, 2010 I got a nice little upper body workout in this morning. I did Tracey's Parts Series, the upper body portion. I heavied up, and had to push very hard on a couple of the exercises. Got some great DOMS already surfacing... I didn't burn squat though! 240 calories with my average at 104. Oh well.... I hope I sleep better tonight, and can get up, drink some yummy yerba and hit it hard tomorrow!
