Thanks EVERYONE! For me the biggest problem was that I couldn't exercise. I NEED exercise for so much more than burning a few calories here and there. I need it as a stress buster, a mood improver, and even a self esteem enhancer! I always feel so much better when I can exercise. Now that I've lost so much weight, I don't want to go back to my old lifestyle. I LOVE the new one and the new ME! Jenp.s. when I get some new pics I will so you some before and after, you will be SHOCKED!

Oh, I'd love to see before and afters, Jen! And in addition to exercising it sounds like you're watching what you eat and eating more often too instead of going for long periods in between - awesome job!   Your hard work and discipline is really paying off!
