Open enrollment usually starts in October so I'm hoping you can at least put more $ aside in a flex spending account and pay for these uncovered expenses with pretax dollars? I'm back to logging my intake and NO MORE WINE unless I'm out with friends. I just CANNOT lose weight unless I do this! I'm sounding like a broken record but I'm angry with myself that I haven't lost weight in a few months. It's my own fault. I need to buckle down, and I'd like to look hot in a smokin' Christmas dress this year at my friend's annual party.. Next week is my last week with Noel for a long time as I too am poor, but I also want to lose weight in part to impress him, make him proud, and to show him I can do it both with and without him :)Anyway, I think PowerFit sounds perfect, Vennitta! As Donna says they are no dread and if you already are familiar with the workout you can plan in advance how to make them harder to suit your needs if necessary. Fun to mix and match them! I'll get to searching out more information. Thanks so much,Vennitta venitta, one of the things i love about kundalini yoga is the many different breathing exercises we do. breath of fire, alternating nostril, long and deep breathing... all help the lungs and nervous system. energy medicine is another area to explore. both are do it yourself if you want--the books/dvd's can be found at the library or the info is online. hoping you feel better so you can exercise!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
