Guest guest
Stacey, after CLX (which will take me longer than 90 days I " m sure) we will take a couple of weeks off and do lighter workouts to recover, then hit it hard with P90X! I've done most of the workouts individually but not as a rotation. They are very good. Tony annoys me so after the first time through I mute him to " cues only " and use my own music, which helps a lot! Anyway I'm thinking around February we can start it? do you want really want to do p90x after chalean extreme? i would love to!!!! my friend had a really hot bod! he looks better than he did 20 years ago... i want people to say that about me!! stacey > > > > > > > i just reconnected with a college friend and he is really fit at 42:) he > > has a black belt in taekwondo but he told me he also does p90x. wow! seeing > > the results from that workout in person are amazing! i think i want a pullup > > bar now...and eventually i will have to purchase p90x. > > stacey > > > > > > >

Guest guest
YES! It's the way I cope with Tony in P90X - to shut him up! In CLX you can also use your own music. I haven't felt the need to do that yet but I might in a couple weeks in the Burn Phase to change things up a bit. Oh, cues only! I didn't know you could do that. Guest guest
I never had to do that with CLX. I <3 Chalean. Not sure I would love Tony as much.I know someone who bought P90x and bailed out. She was a total beginner and probably should have started with something else. I wonder if I could offer to take it off her hands someday... YES! It's the way I cope with Tony in P90X - to shut him up! In CLX you can also use your own music. Guest guest
I heart Chalene too, it's only the music I'd be swapping out. Sometimes I get more motivated to lift more intensely if it's to my own tunes.Tony - UG. In some workouts he's more mellow but usually he's quite obnoxious (to me) especially in his One on One series. In his defense, however, he is a very good instructor and the workouts are outstanding!
