Guest guest Posted February 21, 2009 Report Share Posted February 21, 2009 I hit my food calorie goal almost every day this week. I only missed by a little bit on one day. Finally back on track. The best thing, though, is that I just had the best workout in ages. It's getting better and better all the time. I started with a 10 minute dance workout, and then added The Kettlebell Way DVD. This time I was able to use my 20 lb. and 25 lb. kettlebells this time. That just makes me feel fierce. I recovered by sipping my green smoothie while doing about 40 minutes of Tai Chi drills. Hopefully I can face it. I heavy-up on that one as well, and it wipes me out! Great job with the eating too!! What do you put in your smoothie??
